Linksys equipment dropping connections (WRT54G and WMP54G)

Network cards like these do not get any simpler to use. Windows 7device manager still cannot find driver files for the card. Install was smooth, the performance as best as I could expect, maxed for my connection limits.
Using ndiswrapper, could not test.

How do I set it up?? Earlier, I couldn’t even draw a link to my home network. Also, I’ve spoken to Linksys support on a few of these occasions on behalf of clients and Linksys’ “fix” for issues regarding mme cards not working after SP2 is to remove sp2.
